Big diff between a coach and a mentor. 

I also enjoy helping coach my sons little league team and am an avid reader. 

He also agreed to coaching and watching over maintenance, if something happened to help deal with it, all his connections, and backing when I go to refinance with a bank.

Unlike many coaches/mentors, he actually has a successful track record. 

Those team members are all in NE Ohio and I manage the heck out of my team from afar, teaching school and coaching a baseball team presently too.Feel free to pick my brain.I just heard last week they are disguising SUB PRIME LOANS AGAIN AND ARE CALLING THEM NON PRIME LOANS. 

He was talking with some others who was in attendance as he coaches this newbies. 

so use the airline and the corresponding airline card and you would be amazed at how your miles stack up and same with using same hotel.I get a little nervous when i have less than 1 million miles in my account for airline miles and bounce around 2 million hilton points.so i have not paid for vacations in at least 2 decades  and i always fly business or first for free.. just go price international business and first class.. thats an eye opener if I wanted to go coach its dirt cheap on miles.but if your just using a card and no real flying then seems to me a cash back is best.. use your cash back card at Costco get cash back from both companies i think ???

If it fits your personality and goals, I would say look to possibility get a mentor/coach.

Both have books, training, coaching, etc.

spent to much time with new investors explaining THE TRUTH ABOUT HOW DIFFERENT THIS GRAND RAPIDS MARKET IS THEN OTHER MARKETS> Then get asked to be their coach. ;-) The cost of material is rising here, due to supply and demand.
