Good Evening Everyone! My name is Bryson Rogan and I just recently moved from a small town in North Mississippi to Dallas,TX. I’m a young aspiring Multifamily Real Estate Investor looking to take down my first deal. What are somethings I need to do in order to achieve this goal and to begin working on it immediately! Thanks in advance!

@Bryson Rogan There're ton of resources here on BP. Here's the link to the best RE books: https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/04/1...

Also, I'd recommend reading David Lindahl books, and Lance Edwards books. Also in addition to BP podcasts, start listening to Jake&Gino, Michael Blank, Rod Khleif. Network as much as possible. Education is the key here.

Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Good luck!
