We have a lot of fix and flippers who are really looking to scale, and understand that access to capital is their limiting factor.

@Jamie BatemanIf I understand what they do- it looms like they are just a middle man where someone wants financing on a property they find a lender for it and will create documentation.

Every unit has its own "microsite" of sorts with seperat msg threads and you can't write your own descriptions (which is understandable as they don't have seperate websites for different countries so they write "translation safe" descriptions for you), but still, it's no Airbnb.

This setup alone feels like a solid foundation for financial freedom.Here’s my dilemma:While I understand that my mortgage interest rate is very low (2.8%) and there are tax benefits to carrying the debt, I’m wondering if it might make more sense to aggressively pay off the loan.

If for no other reason, it seems that I’d have a much better understanding of pricing our rental in general and a good baseline to make decisions in the future. 

I understand it become tad difficult to refinance since some lenders wouldn't lend on the home in trust, but is it easy to sell a home in a trust, just like you are buying in a trust?

My understanding is an E2 Visa is an investor Visa (ie. you need to buy a business) OR you can piggyback off an existing E2 holder.
