Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying.

Just the sleep dep talking I guess, combined with a rough year in landlording paradise with an unusual amount of churn as well as unexpected cap ex: a gnarly eviction, a tenant that OD'd in a unit, a hailstorm that trashed a $30k roof, another hail storm that did a lot of random damage with hail chunks a tenant described as being cauliflower head/cannonball sized which broke a solid oak deck handrail among many other things on the property, a sewer line that needed to be replaced which required jack hammering up the slab in a kitchen I had just finished fully remodeling, plus the new baby and the two other babies it's been quite a long year already so far.

You illustrated my point pretty well although i don't know enough of the companies to say that most are churn and burn, but I would say a vast majority are interested only in making money as fast as possible and turning as many transactions as possible.I am trying to pin down what investors are looking for when they turn to a Turn-Key company in the first place.
