@Jake Holmes I use both Guesty for hosts and Price labs for dynamic pricing for my STR.

I made one exception for my grandson's girl friend with two big dogs, German Shepard and a yellow Lab.

I have a lab puppy that likes to kill birds, so maybe she's keeping the squirrels away.

But as you said, "Look at the bright side", you could be renting to meth labs, druggies, gang members, or even college kids.

Make sure it wasn't a meth lab or some kind of other environmental site, that you will be required to clean up. 

The ones I built were ridiculous; had a common house with hot tub, sonna, computer "lab", coffee bar, big-screen tv with satellite tv that was bigger than my truck.

Ironic how the ad on the side of the page here shows the test lab that cleared the air sample from the last asbestos remediation I had done :)
