Hosting Software and Tools

Hey guys, I had a couple questions about your favorite tools and software to use for managing your rentals. Our family has 2 rentals and is looking to acquire a 3rd soon. I'm looking at Guesty, because the thought of consolidating everything such as my AirBnb/VRBO accounts and such is so appealing. Is 2 or 3 rentals to small scale to start worrying about using a 3rd party online tool such as Guesty? Also does anyone have any recommendations on their favorite tools/software that they may wish they would have started using sooner?

Also Remember that just because you use a dynamic pricing tool doesn't mean you should never look at your prices or make manual adjustments. You will still have to adjust the rules the tool uses for changes in the market, seasonality, etc.
