While Redfin is a sizable company, I question there market presence as in my market they are also a nothing-burger. 

Let’s say you are a huge fan of Apple products, McDonald’s cheeseburgers, and Lululemon yoga pants.

That doesn't mean everyone of them is a bum, but most of these people are kids living with room mates working at Walmart or Dicks Burgers, and the vast majority of them turn out to be felons. 

Stack up on the mac and cheese, collard greens, get some chickens, grow some potatoes.  

Dont forget to ***** that it took 3 days longer than estimated and when you get down on the floor and look at the texture the new does not perfectly match the old.Oh and buy him a $9 burger and fries for lunch.

If you can afford the monthly payment which equals a few cheeseburgers a month, then pay for the membership.
