Frankly obtaining that first ownership, and getting it paid for could be a life changer for a lot of people.

Being an effective leader will take you much farther than being the best faucet changer out there.

@Philip Tretola Taxes in Albany, Schenectady can get high quickly, I dont know much about west of here but:In the college market of Albany you are looking at approx 150-200k for a 2 family, that will have taxes in the 5-7k range, and will rent for roughly 1k a month,Schenectady will be more along the lines of 70-125k for a 2 family, with taxes in the 6-9k range and rents in the 800 range.These are very rough numbers and can move around a bunch, neighborhoods can change real fast and most of the housing rental 2 family housing stock is typically 100 years old and rittled with years of cob job repairs.
