After talking to him a little while longer, I came to find out that he had multiple warrants for his arrest, he was always trying to hide from the government, and he was now only investing outside of the U.S. because he couldn't make a deal within the country without getting caught.

@Troy Young technically it is illegal to rent out other peoples houses for money but I've never heard of anyone being arrested for it.

The police apparently showed them a picture of a white male who was supposedly staying at the house and wanted in relation to drugs.I've never heard of such a thing where the people in the house were not arrested

To me, the combination of higher rates, lower mortgage apps and tighter underwriting means price appreciation is arrested for at least the next year or two and probably turns to depreciation over the next 6-12 months.

Yeah definitely the same here, but I think that if she were to get arrested on the premises, harm someone else or damage the property, even if due to the legal addiction you could then take action.

You can't evict right now because Biden gave them another few months without paying, but, you have to go through the motions and not get cornered by the tenant and start a push and shove where they call the Police and you get arrested for Domestic Dispute.
