Got so upset that in the end, he refused the fridge entirely- and disconnected it (his 3rd one), and threw away brand new stove burners that I purchased for his personal ($$) stove.

Oil burners need to be tuned and serviced every other year and can become horribly inefficient if the burners get out of whack.

@Joe Splitrock Joe - I seem to remember I kept my old American Standard and the local natural gas company just replaced the oil burner attached to it with a gas burner and plumbed the line in. 

My offer was for $55k, and the bank accepted originally, and then kept me on the back-burners for 2 weeks while they fished for higher offers (they updated their listing to show $61k asking price from $80k AFTER they accepted my offer).  

If he turns in an application that is not complete, you have a reason to 'back-burner' his application.  

I can get a electruc burner too.

MAYBE the PM repaired a burner if it was under the “have to ask” repair limit.

Hello everyone, I'm currently using the burner app for phone numbers but noticing that they go to spam likely very quickly.... sometimes even come up as spam right off the bat when getting a new number.

Coil; and not only that, but get one where the burners are hardwired, rather than plugged.

I can replace a coil burner myself, but not a glass top one.
