Many times this seems to be because they're getting less static from regulators or are more liquid at the time of the loan request.Any guidance or commentary is appreciated.

Change them or at least paint them with the brushes nickel or oil rubbed bronze spray paint you can get in a can

Positive side sealing, and removal of the water (and the hydro static pressure on the walls) is by far the best long term solution.

I mentioned it to the realtor and she kind of brushed it off and started talking about the great upgrated kitchen worth 100k and other improvements to the house.Is this something that should be reported to someone or as a nosy neighbor just going to an open house, I should not be concerned?
