I hope that the future will prove me wrong but I'm not holding my breath for it.

It's a crazy time to be a real estate agent right now, and if your Boston market is anything like our CT market there's no time to catch a breath between submitting offers.

The general inspector thought the moisture damage was due to the ductwork under the house sweating and the home doesn’t breathe enough.

Also lots of fire extinguishers with full face respirators so people can see and breathe in smokey rooms!

In this project we had a lot of breathing room.In others we may be tighter and as such will have to use an integrated tub.  

BP is a breath of fresh air in a business that is full of crap, Mehran - this is why I keep coming back...I talk to these guys outside of BP more than inside.  

She's had breathing problems (not related to her smoking of course).

My thing was if I learn from them, I'll be saving a lot of time and a lot of mistakes that I would've made myself.In the words of ET, “If you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, you will be successful.”

I did add a couple hundred to the bath/shower, I added in $2,000 for Surprises (which is above) and I added in a grand total of +10% of the repair costs to give a little breathing room.
