Good morning, my wife and I have been running  transitional homes for men and women 18+ who struggle with chemical/mental health issues going on roughly 5 years. 

WOuld love for people to have weddings there... it has a 5 acre beautiful grass field that can easily be used. 

My first duplex Brrr gave me and my wife over $300k equity fairly fast while also allowing us to live at very low cost in an extremely desirable area. 

Last appraisal we got was $560k (*the reason the appraiser said it was so low was because there weren't enough similar houses sold to really base my home price off of).Upstairs is a duplex 4b, 2baBasement is 1b, 1baShared laundry roomMy wife and I live in the basement and tenants live above us. 

My wife and I are also looking at BRRR investment opportunities in Portugal, specifically the Lagos area. 

My wife wouldn’t let me use any of our savings to buy rentals so I got creative.

im looking for good appreciation potential.ive seen a beautiful new duplex in Goodlettsville but am not familiar with the neighborhood, does anyone have any insight?

It's subconscious to me on the internet when it's only a blue head that the person could be fake.I think the forums would be much more effective if verification was required just for this reason. just an FYI Until I could get my wife to show me how to put a picture on BP I did not have one either..
