Attend local REI networking groups and meetups and connect with people in the industry. 

In my case I have several liens that will likely make 3 years at the end of this year, so this will affect all of them for me and everything else over the next couple years.I've flown in to attend some in person sales in CO and for the most part I was ok with the premium bidding as I anticipated getting a decent amount of deeds at the end of the day.

I also highly recommend attending one of Rod Khleif’s apartment seminars.

Will definitely be attending more BP meetups in the future. 

I’ve been attending a few meetings with Mid America Association of Real Estate Investors (MAREI) and I’m looking for other groups as well to grow my network. 

It’s great that you’re combining that with real estate.I'm not in SE Idaho, but I connecting with local investors and attending meetups is the best way to learn more about the market.

My returns also got a bit too complicated with niche REI stuff for the great tax guy I used for many years and still does my parents and sisters taxes.They handle other REI guys and attend some REIA groups I went to and knew about bonus depreciation, K1, cost segs, schedule E and HELOC junk used for investing and private lending.

Direct mailers, calling expired/cancelled listings, attending landlord/investor meetups, cold outreach, social media groups, fsbo platforms.

Also, I will start attending the Orlando CFRI meetings.  

I've just attended an ACRE summit and meet a couple seasoned investors.
