We have worked really hard to build and provide tools so that there's a low barrier to entry (well, as low as it can be in Real Estate anyways) Here's my rec that could have you looking at dozens of pre-analyzed deals in less than an hour 1.

The lender assesses whether the rental income is sufficient to cover the loan payments.

It is part of a larger building and I am not able to assess whether it is in some way a condo, and if so, are they up to date with any fees. 

We have tried a dozen and ended up with our own custom built Podio platforms. 

Inspectors will assess the wiring and electrical panels for outdated components that could pose safety hazards, including fire risks.Plumbing issues like leaks, low water pressure, and drainage problems often arise as well.

I would say look at the big ticket items, roof, foundation, electric, plumbing, HVAC and assess from there if anything needs to be done 

I had almost a dozen friends emailing and texting me asking why they can't find a $400k beach property in the area with those returns. 

Lenders are gonna want to see profit and loss statements, rent rolls, property condition assessments, the whole nine yards.

When I replied back to their email asking when I could pickup keys to assess the situation, she doesn’t respond to email, nor she pick the phone, nor responds to text.
