I suppose in normal times that could be annoying, amusing maybe I might hope, but harmless.

Currently, I am using quickbooks, but I've heard there are alot of apps out there that simplify the task of being a property manager. 

{I am using H&R Block Premium desktop version} I mean, I do have carryover losses and carryover AMT from prior years, but how can increased rental EXPENSES worsen tax benefits?

*Looking for input from experienced investors on current strategies I am using to acquire & manage more rentals.Current Holdings of 8 Single Family Properties- 4 of them bought in 2016 with 20% down & 15 year mortgages.- 2 of them bought in 2019 in cash that I rehabbed & planning to refinance on secondary market when 6 month seasoning period hits in 1-2 months.

They've made a bunch of acquisitions the past few years and so they have a good runway ahead of them as they're now an A-Z mortgage companyAlso,EPR Properties (EPR) ---> They invest in the entertainment of America...amusement parks, theaters, etc.They're trading at their lowest price since the Great Recession.
