There is definitely other investors in the BP community that have gone through this exact situation.I work with many investors that need to identify where to put their 1031 proceeds. 

Having worked with 1,000's of investors to Broker the properties I sell in my local market, and having worked with dozens of Property Managers, Turnkey Providers, Agents, Property Management Software Companies, Lenders, Inspectors and various other investment real estate vendors to market their products and services on my show, the one thing that stood out to be was the CEO Zach's obsession with the biz.In real estate we've get a lot turnover, a lot of flameout.

Were you able to get the booking.com messaging working on Hospitable? 

@Brenden Stadelman I found that agencies work well short term, but they are not a viable long-term solution.

He was an older gentleman relocating for work, and his biggest concern wasn’t price—it was speed.

Being willing to live in a property that needs work is a big plus for someone just starting out who has the insight not to bite off more than they can chew.

I did have an inspection before purchase, and to be honest the inspectors never turned on the furnace to check if it was working, and I moved forward anyway.
