I am looking to narrow my search to a single city or town in PA but need some help from natives! 

I'm a Nashville native or unicorn because we're so rare.

I'm a North Dakota native who acquired first property this summer.

As a Knoxville native (pretty much) I heartily endorse the area, of course I'm biased!

@Axel Norvell I’m a Houston native and just started investing in real estate within the last 3 months.

im a bay area native. i actually reside in san jose. and i woud not invest in the bay area unless you come across a deal that make scene as far as a return goes. rent control, majority of the laws are in the tenants favor in California. it can literally take 6-8 month to evict a tenants  ( if they know the law). not to mention high property taxes.

@Sebastian DombrowskiAlso consider that much of the undeveloped land ina and around the CV is Native American land.

Not that I am aware of unless you are a Veteran or a Native American who's tribe offers a special mortgage program.
