I see too many who have undergrad and even graduate degrees who either can't find a job, or are working at Starbucks.My vote would be to get into an entry level job with a real estate company, maybe get your real estate license, and learn the business from the inside out.

If I were you, one thing I would consider is the following: being near UConn, undergrads might be renting your place, some of whom may not be very mature, and may leave your home in a really bad shape when they are done.

I’m anti-US college for the simple reason that no one can come up with a good reason why we need to go to a college for 4 years here and take a bunch of classes that most have the bandwidth to handle in high school.The US undergrad system is a scheme at best and scam at worse.
