Looking to purchase near University of Connecticut

Hi All,

I am a graduate student at UConn looking to buy a house to live in during my studies and rent out once I'm finished here. Since this is a college area, I should always be able to get renters. Depending on where I go after graduation, I could manage the place myself or hire a property manager. Looking into different options right now including condo, single family home, or perhaps duplex. Any and all help is appreciated, especially from local investors who know this market. Thanks!
