I’m on a similar path I just fell in love with real estate over the last couple of months after falling OUT of love with my religion and in my quest to re discover myself ended up reading Rich Dad .....thinking it would be about budgeting. i’m currently an electrician (no pun intended) but just got my real estate license in WI because along with my spiritual RE discovery came the revelation that i ALSO hate my job.

But I don't think we'll be seeing generic nothing special 3 bedrooms in the BA selling for 7.5 million in a decade.I really don't care about trying to "convert" anybody to the cash flow religion...

Example, some religions have "laws" they hold members to, say at a certain age males must have a beard.

You will find my posts trying to be constructive in LOTS of threads with NO concern as to race, religion, etc.

Its blind of race, religion, sexual orientation, height, weight and all of the other words we use to describe who  we are and what our societal manifesto is.
