We plan a trip to middle Tennessee area next week to scope out some neighborhoods.

I've focused on less popular markets in middle America near hospitals, universities, and major employers that attract work-related travel.

NYC duplexes/townhomes, Williamsburg, Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, Long Island City, Astoria, Middle Village, Mott Haven, etc.The areas with the best potential cashflow/cost of living savings will likely be neighborhoods with more active inventory and more turnover - i.e.

Split it down the middle and work it like a true partnership where the interest payment, tax, insurance comes out of the entity.

They also did not allow me to dispute, and the seller on the other side did not want to compromise so I was left stuck in the middle.

Cut out more middle men and error in communication.

Let me also say this was all right at the end of covid like middle of 2021.
