Perfect , you are one good combo.Nice to know about HD vs Lowes , its fascinating how each chain operates completely differently .Great info .By the way , I just looked up window resizing and apparently , reducing the size was much easier than enlarging, there were couple of good videos on youtube

@Erin AumanI've documented quite a few times how I ended up with my first rental property...my wife brought me the deal and insisted that we were buying it, my only choice in the matter was deciding if I was going to put my big-boy pants on about it or not.I had flipped three apartments in Athens, Greece but I'd really never thought about buying a rental property.It isn't written in stone that things have to be the way they are and they will always be the way they are.

Correlation meaning everything is moving in unison more than ever...so when something bad happens in greece, everything goes down, etc.. the future of technology may be great, but if the overall market is down it will suffer the same fate.The problem with equities is the company you hold may be spectacular, but if the market crumbles, so does your stock, it's called systemic risk.
