I have been trying to compile a list of property owners in Wayne county, Michigan.

According to new data compiled by the real estate firm Apartment List, rents have risen more in Aurora than in any other large city in the country since 2014! 

I will compile a list of potential tasks and maybe run it by my 'applicant'. 

However the homeowner has had many fights with the bank and she feels like her foreclosure attorney was negligent and didn't provide the evidence in court that she (the homeowner) had compiled..

I know getting leases is part of the due diligence requirements of the offer she is compiling.

I’ve compiled a guideline script but I just want to know what do you guys ask sellers to see if they are motivated?

I personally believe in compiling your own lists since you know exactly what you are getting.

This requires them to review whats draw, make sure it all compies to local codes and make changes as needed, draw up a new site plan, make any changes to the house needed to meet your specific site conditions and then compile all the old and new drawings together into one set.
