I have been trying to compile a list of property owners in Wayne county, Michigan. I might be spoiled by my local property appraiser in Pinellas county, Florida. I want to compile a list of multifamily owners that have owned the property for 10 years or more. Said task is easy for me in Pinellas county, it looks like you need to pay or physically go to the courthouse for these records. I found deeds done right.com which looks like it has a pay option for a detailed search. How do I access property records in Wayne county Michigan?
