@Bill Gulley This would have been enough to help the OP.People, your financing agreement is a unilateral contract, you can NOT assign a financing obligation without the lender/seller's specific consent.The OP mentioned he was a wholesaler and unfortunately that turns a lot of you seasoned investors into attack mode.

I live in first floor unit so I can refinish upstairs floors then attack noise issue from my unit via sheetrock layers or sound dampening fixtures that attach to joist (large project and not cheap).

I have severe ptsd, high blood pressure, and panick attacks.. holding my sbake and having it slowly moving around my neck and through my hands etc.. is the best therapy EVER  I've tried meds and other CRAP he relaxes me and helps me more than anything has..
