I am super passionate about some of these issues but I wish you all the best my friend sorry for any offense. 

My parents took them…I wish I was able to do some of the work myself, would have turned out differently.

This is a path that we've just recently started down and I wish I had known about it a long time ago.

I just had a new buyer come to me about to buy a beautiful home for $750,000 in Divide but once I dug into the HOA docs, I found that they restricted rentals to 6 months or more.Anyway, whatever direction you go, I wish you luck!
