We sometimes will welcome the prospect over the camera's speaker which sometimes surprises them but also lets them know we are watching lol. 

I see countless droves of investors start out with a juicy, alluring vision of a home run and watch base hit after base hit roll across the plate and don't take any action on them. 

What Nathan said, or you can install cameras without wifi that write footage to an SD card, which you can retrieve and watch if there is a need.I'm not sure what your intent is in installing the cameras?

im fairly new at this, im trying to get my underwriting skills down. im currently watching the link attached to understand it. so im starting out with a fourplex with a VA loan soon. and when I start looking im trying to understand how to underwrite it. or would underwriting be for 5+ units?

And yeah, i get-it, YouTubbers operate in a polarized world of "BEST ever" or "OMG WERE ALL GONNA DIE" and it's not there fault, it isn't, it's the people watching with the intellect of a toddler not keeping in mind those people SELL content for a living.

I've read the books, done the online trainings, watched lots of Youtube, etc. but I wonder if dedicated coaching will be more valuable to me in the long run.

I think I'm the typical example of someone in my industry who has spent too much time being an employee rather than prioritizing the the effort to be my own boss.I'm looking forward to learning more from you all here and hoping to contribute anything that I can.My personal interests other than real estate are cycling, travel, and watches!
