The numbers Sean put together don't look appealing but you honestly need to find out more info.

Universal design is something to look into if you are building new units, as that way they will appeal to both people with disabilities and people without, or as I like to say... those who are temporarily able bodied.The person with the disability will be the one who knows best which type of property would best match their needs.

I'm looking at buying a Fourplex, and  saw a property that looked very appealing at first but when I contacted the agent and saw all the maintenance fees I don't see how I could turn a profit on it.  

This might be more appealing to someone willing to help you get started...

@Rusty Scott The websites their agents get setup with look very modern and appealing.

So to be able to raise funds in smaller amounts that could invest in these larger fix and flip projects has appeal and will go over very well with borrower and investor...

You could make it very appealing to them financially but that means less money in your pocket.

We like to have a visual of who we're dealing with!
