Im also looking into doing the 3d scan going to get the 360 camara and matterport system.. i live in a small town and no one here does the virtual tour.. ive only seen a few listings with the doll house view.. on youtube meet kevin has a video that i saw last month that gave me the idea for it

There was just a virtual meetup this past Wednesday and will have another on October 7th. 

The positive about going virtual right now is the ability to connect with people all over the country, but it definitely cannot replace in person events.

I think you should always be aligned before going into business together, but I have multiple managers that can sign off on virtually anything.
