@Robert Shadley , according to https://michiganlegalhelp.org/self-help-tools/hous..., you cannot go into the property without the tenants permission.However, according to this document: http://www.legislature.mi.gov/publications/tenantl... you can address it in your lease.The State of Michigan does not make this information easy to find.
