Fewer accounts will help tools like mint.come or pocketsmith.com work well if you don't want a full blown system.  

Arbitrage is a great tool to make cash flow.

What is your favorite online platform for advertising rental listings, accepting apps?? (are there platforms that integrate management too? lease execution/rent collection and expense tracking??) ...thanks in advance!
