Investment Info:

Condo fix & flip investment in Westminster.

Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $10,000

While this started off as a very easy low cost flip, I quickly learned a lot from first time investor mistakes. I did not look out for the special assessment but was purchasing from a wholesaler and did not want to lose out on my down payment. The work was easy and low cost. The Hard Money Loan and the Invested money however did come with a high price, the biggest thing I can say; it was a blast and I don’t regret it. Nothing is more valuable than knowledge when applied properly.
