I had them set up my fridge water then the next time they didn’t connect my dryer to the gas because they were being lazy and/or said they were behind with the deliveries but made me sign a page that had checkboxes like did you hook up the gas to the appliance?

People sell electric dryers all the time when they move to a place that requires gas and vice versa.
