I've been waiting for some fellow loan originator that I deem credible, either on the phone, in one of our private facebook groups, or somewhere else, to utter words to the effect of: "It was a smooth process, no hiccups, closed on a reasonable 30 day timeline, guidelines were transparent, and overall the investor/buyer/refinancer was happy with the process, minimal 'surprises,' just work with ABC Home Loans for that."

Maybe an LLC isn't necessary in these early stages...

I’m in the the VERY very early stages of learning.

I just feel vulnerable at this stage.

During the purchasing process of a BRRRR property or even simply a buy-and-hold property, at what stage of the process should I, the seller, bring in an inspector to inspect the property and the contractor to see what type of problems there are and the cost to fix them?

He did NOT get a draw until that stage of work was complete, subs, suppliers were paid by our attorney & signed off that they had been paid in full. 

In our current stage we are saving up money in an account, reading books, practicing and getting our reps in, grinding trying to build a foundation, with the hopes of closing our first deal by fall of this year and just to keep the momentum going after that.

She started off staging, and some parts of design, and now she's a full fledge specialized designer and stager.

I have been looking in Riviera Maya area and a few other parts but I am definitely still in the early stages.

I definitely do not recommend PAYING for a mentor at this stage.
