A GC only completes the tasked work as set out by the owner or his PM.

The buyer's agent should expect the seller to perform the same tasks as a listing agent, as they are essentially providing that service for themselves.

With craigslist, unless the emailer referred to something unique about my item for sale in their email, I don't respond.

This is really a unique thing about BP, and I believe by having a private forum for PRO member will not be consistent with what BP was truly started for.I think a better way to generate revenues for BP is marketing, by opening up the website to some creditable advertisers.

I think too that in the beginning many may not understand the benefits and BP is unique where other sites promote guru programs and are supported by product sales.

I don’t make ANYTHING “running†it on a per hour basis, but when I’m doing a paid task, it’s $50-$100 per hour with VERY low overhead.

Without going through everything in detail, doesn't seem too unreasonable to me...though I'd certainly want someone with insurance to be doing many of those tasks...
