If I were to use it, I would set up a unique username for the accounts and assets that are in the name of the LLC so that I would not commingle that data with data from other accounts and assets in my family's personal names.

Personally I like tiny towns and country properties, yes there are unique risks, but I have had low vacancy and a little higher rents because there are few places to rent in many tiny towns. draw back is contractors and property managers are not plentiful. good luck!
