Hi All,Working on my first deal and will actually be purchasing a house from my parents as they look to free up some cash and are ready to move on from it.

House is gutted and we decided to change the layout to increase the amount we can rent it for :) It's all framed back up now and ready for some new sheet rock!

If you have no expectation of doing a deal , you will be more relaxed and be ready when a real deal comes along.

We did a lot of the work on this house ourselves to get it sale ready but it was brutal, took longer than we expected to do everything and the end product wasn't as good on half of what we did because of time constraints.
