I am not saying that you can't learn some about the basics and make it work for you for a direct booking site, but there is a lot that goes into it these days.

Learning metrics, learning how to screen tenants, projects that you can/can’t handle, etc.

I’m excited to learn from everyone here; I’ve already picked up on some priceless tidbits.In the meantime, I have come across a potential investment opportunity on a property that I wouldn’t have time to rehab.

syndication... obviously the lesson learned is invest with the right people and in every investment there is risk.

One thing I've learned over my life, is that I can see different people do the same thing very differently, but learn from them all.  

Screening is a huge learning process.
