I would mostly use it for emails, browsing internet etc and I am not really concerned with storage because i have a hard drive and PC at home and I also use dropbox.  

Are there any search engines, skip tracing tools, websites etc. out there, hopefully free, for use in getting the valid contact information (phones, email etc.) of vacant property owners?

Or you find another investor that is going to supply the cash either for interest or equity.  

Would anticipate it all to continue as supply of foreclosures tightens.  

Here in Miami we are at 5.5 months supply of inventory (Feb-15) back in 2013 we were in the lows 5's.
