I would say as a GP, technology has been super helpful in managing our cap table and issuance of distributions along with making it a lot easier to streamline the process of investor signing documents and sending $.

Our aim is to leverage the skills and discipline we developed through service to build a successful real estate portfolio. 

Seems like it performs well but will have low value when it is time to liquidate.Now, there could be value in it being a successful business, but it has low assets so it would take someone who understands what they are buying vs a pure investment.

You also would need to go through the process of screening tenants and being a landlord.

We are also in the process of buying nearly 200-unit apartment complex on the Northwest side.  

Once you are within 4 months of buying a house - that's when we get "prequalified" and then all of the terms/conditions can be spoken with accuracy.Keep learning and hope to hear a good success story when you get there!

It's a lot easier to find than you might think, and you can ask them to be part of the process. 

Question for the Forum: Has anyone found success with Build to Rent or build to sale from ground up construction of Single Family homes anywhere?

Everything..Or maybe if it exist i can watch youtube videos to learn whole process, can you suggest for it?

Including all utilities can make your offer more attractive to potential tenants and make the rental process easier.
