@Will StewartHey WillI can only tell you what I did from experience.. not sure if it’s right or wrong. 1st I added up all my expenses: Utilities, internet, landscaping, mortgage/rent, insurance, etc and divided the total by the number of rooms (this was the minimum amount of money I needed to cover ALL expenses.

The economy, in short, is on the verge of a recession.Yet, it will not be a straightforward recession.The bigger problem for the economy is not a lack of jobs but rather a shortage of workers; Statistically, there are two job openings for each unemployed person. 

The landscape is changing in real estate as we speak.

There are more variables to consider like the utility reimbursements, landscaping, etc, but that will at least get you in the ball park. 

It can be a market that is very "block to block" and really requires either a deep understanding of the area or a trusted pair of boots on the ground who is familiar with the local landscape. if there is any interest in learning more about the city or investment opportunities, I'd love to connect and serve as a resource.
