Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Glendale.

Purchase price: $355,000
Cash invested: $70,000

3/2 SFR near Banner Hospital, ASU West Campus, and Christian University

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Population growth and appreciation

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found this deal on the MLS with my investor/agent who I met on Biggerpockets. We asked for 15k credit for repairs.

How did you finance this deal?

How did you add value to the deal?

Renovated floors, bathrooms, new paint, new countertops, and new recessed lighting. Currently working on landscaping for the backyard.
