I started in real estate back in the bay area where I worked as a real estate assistant for a small brokerage, and was then promoted to project manager for a real estate software they were developing (typical San Francisco).

Especially SFHs (which we are putting offers in for now) and apartment complexes (where I'd really want to be but being new I'd need sponsorship).Willing to do darn near anything to get the experience I need.Day job is writing web service apis, so if there's a needed tech angle someone might find that valuable (though most folks in SEA doing this are software folk, too).So . . . anyone else to GA real estate from here and want to compare notes?

Are there any skip trace software you guys recommend that is accurate to do an address reverse look up? 

From their archaic online banking software to their relentless annual follow up to obtain new net worth statements.I would look into Wells Fargo, NLC Loans, Van Dyke Mortgage or MB Financial.

I used to use them but left once I figured out I needed PM software as well.

I currently work full time selling IT hardware/software to the Navy and Marines and spend nearly every week on a plane.
