I would think there are simpler ways to structure everything.

I've seen some posts from Zoho employees on how to do it but it seems more complex than what it should be.Anyone got a simpler way to mail merge with Zoho Creator?

Twice today I've seen posts that demonstrate a gross misunderstanding of the 50% rule, so I thought it would behoove me to start yet another thread explaining this concept to my fellow knowledge-seekers.The misconception I've seen is encapsulated in a statement similar to:"I'm working on a deal that meets the 50% rule . . ."

I plan on going this route because it seems simpler and the policies are so cheap, I was planning on doing it anyways even with the LLC.

This will probably sound "testy" in tone - or maybe a better work is "defensive" -but I see this come up alot on BP (the concept of investing/selling/buying real etate and FRIENDS) and other boards as well so I'm going to comment.

I've always been thrilled with the concept of the real estate game and one of my goals in life is to build a real estate portfolio with rental properties along with flipping in the future.

Personally, I would back away and try to find a simpler and more lucrative first deal.

Have you discussed the concept of equitable interest and what it means?
