It seems to me that the market is really a sellers' market at the moment.  

I just wanted to take a moment to say hi to everyone who gets up and fights the good fight by striving to achieve the ultimate reward, getting a deal under contract. 

I would prefer conventional loans as this is my first investment property and the hard money is a bit out of my comfort zone at the moment.

My tenant says she's uncomfortable sharing laundry facilities.
