Traveling and enjoying my life is something I plan on doing before I am 56.

Trying to learn something new and better than what I do in my life.

We have 3 children and 3 grandchildren and we want a better life for ourselves and our family.  

Estimate life or roof, mechaniclss, appliances etc and then fig out a monthly number.  

I'm a 27 year old veteran who has started to really pay attention to my financial life about 4 years ago, I've had 3 jobs since then and they have all progressed how I wanted.

I have read that they must contribute to the long term life span of the asset, but this is short term.

They seem to be a little more settled in life, where as the other couple can get up and leave whenever they would like.
