@Justin Bicket There are a couple of problems that I see the first is that it might be hard for them to get a loan for anything under $60k because it's not worth the cost for most banks but maybe a local credit union would do it.

If a rental client can't see the apartment either due to being out of town or busy schedule, can an agent view the property on their behalf and have client sign the contract?

That's the same as taking great investment advice from your hotshot broker who's poor but "knows the stock market better than anyone"The only place I see the wholesaler being viable is if they truly have made wholesaling their core business (and I'm sure there are a few) and you have an individual who has large amounts of property so paying a small fee to have someone bring them deals is worth the money in place of their time.

first thing to do is turn off the meter and put the air valve and the gauge... then just wait for one day to see the results,. another way to let you know that your gas has leaks is that you can smell the air of the gas...
