Any tourist destination hotspot would be great, such as Florida, Hawaii, Colorado, etc.

I see most SFH with carriage houses where were work in Denver and in Colorado Springs go for not that much more than SFH in the area without the carriage house.

I am interested in how these loan products work for a state such as Colorado where it is a public trustee auction that needs to fully fund same day.

Surely there are similar deals out there in Battle Creek, Colorado Springs, Houston, Atlanta, Syracuse, and other cities with larger populations. 

There are plenty of lenders in Colorado Springs that have made this happen for my clients.
