Tell me about auctions

Hello BP Community,

I am curious how people estimate rehab costs on an auctioned house that you aren't able to see ahead of time.

Is there a formula? 

Exit strategy is rent or flip depending on what the market is doing when all is done.

No formula, assume the worst and hope for the best

If it’s vacant you can peek through windows etc but if occupied I don’t recommend going to the property
